Primary Classes

Two primary classrooms provide inviting, dynamic environments where children ranging from two and a half to six happily work and play together. Children have daily free time to choose from a variety of activities based on their interests and levels of development, drawing on Montessori materials that encourage exploration and learning. Daily circle time brings children together for songs, games, sharing and group lessons. Children further develop their social skills through unstructured playtime in our playground and garden areas.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten in a Montessori environment is a time of rapid development and dramatic advances in skills. Children begin to write, read and understand math concepts, drawing on their work with Montessori materials as building blocks to these higher level skills. Children enjoy both new academic challenges and the opportunity to lead and help mentor younger children in the classroom, as social and intellectual capabilities blossom.

Summer Camp

Active enrichment is the name of the game with our summer camps, when we offer swimming, gymnastics, climbing, Spanish lessons, clay and dance to help your child explore and develop in a safe, comfortable community of friends. Our five two-week camp sessions, from mid-June through mid-August, offer great flexibility – ideal for helping busy families get the most out of their summers!
